Having worked with hundreds of the top healthcare organizations from around the country, Noel is an expert in strategies with physician data management.
With experience in both engineering at Georgia Tech and sales at Connect Healthcare, he is comfortable in speaking to marketing, IT or executives.
Louis is the company’s Chief Technology Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT, from project management to operations, security, infrastructure architecture design and product development. Louis’ skills allow Connect Healthcare to continuously develop and scale our core products quickly in an agile environment while also innovating on new products quickly using a “skunk works” team approach. He helps the company continuously review operations and seek ways to maintain cost structures to a minimum. When he’s not doing his technology ninja gig, you might find him diving in some of the world’s most technically challenging caves or scuba diving in remote waters.
VP of Engineering
In her nearly 20 years at Connect Healthcare, Marie has done practically every job in the company. This includes not only roles in print production, accounting, QA, human resources, and even sales (just the once though) but also positions as a programmer, production manager, and project owner.
Currently, Marie heads up development as the VP of Engineering and is the product owner for the ProviderConnections suite of solutions with a special focus on Find a Provider, the DataManager, and Provider Review. With degrees in both programming and business, Marie’s true passion lies in developing friendly and intuitive user experiences.
She is married and the proud mother of three wonderful kids. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being terrorized by her cats, and dreaming of her next trip to Disney World.
Chad Giles has a great eye for design and loves working with people. Chad received a BFA from Kennesaw State University. Throughout his career, he has worked with a range of clients including Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Office Depot, and American Lung Association but has spent the last eight years specializing in the healthcare industry. His design skills include brand identity, multimedia, print, and front-end development.When not hard at work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife Erica and their young son Jett. He is also into riding and restoring vintage motorcycles, running, overpriced coffee, and anything containing bacon. Chad carries his design work home with him also, creating digital illustrations and artwork that are always a hit at the company Christmas parties.
Micah Seehorn has helped more than 80 healthcare organizations transition to using Connect Healthcare’s ProviderConnections solution. He oversees every step of the implementation process, from data gathering and timeline planning to training and launch, and he is adept at anticipating and meeting our clients’ needs. An expert at not just navigating our software inside and out, Micah also helps our clients make sense of the data they’re providing and receiving online.
As Vice President of Client Success, he manages a dedicated team of engineers, representatives, and SEO experts committed to helping clients meet their goals. In addition to helping our clients work through their technical issues, Micah works to build focus and direction behind our client’s online strategies. Outside of work, Micah’s biggest and most rewarding challenge to date has been figuring out ways he can keep his teething baby boy entertained and distracted!
Mike Haffey puts his clients at ease with his friendly demeanor and industry expertise. He sincerely cares about identifying his clients’ needs and working with them to implement an intelligent solution. A U.S. Army veteran, Mike works hard to maintain an active lifestyle with his wife and twin sons. Together, they enjoy obstacle course racing, skiing, and martial arts. He is also an avid reader and a self-described sci-fi geek.
In his spare time, Adrian enjoys watching classic movies, singing, and playing random instruments picked up over the years. You’ll always hear a pleasant humming sound coming from any area he’s located in the company office.
Brad joined Connect Healthcare 10 years ago, and he manages the company’s desktop, server, and infrastructure support efforts. His favorite part of the job is finding thorough solutions that make everyone happy. For fun, Brad enjoys overland camping, caving, broadcasting (he curates and maintains a horror theatre radio show), festival going, BBQing, and hand brewing.
As the Senior Helpdesk Representative on the Client Success team, Chris has eight years of experience in helping our clients learn, navigate, and get the most from our software. He brings a personal touch to client calls, and enjoys breaking up long technical conversations with amusing anecdotes about his kids and pets. If he had to pick a favorite vacation, he’d pick a nice, quiet cabin in the mountains.
Cory joined Connect Healthcare in August of 2013. He attended Southern Polytechnic State University (now a part of Kennesaw State University), majoring in Software Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. As a senior web developer on the team, he is responsible for helping to design, create, and maintain our product. His favorite part of the job is contributing to the creation of software that solves complicated problems that people actually use. In his spare time, he likes to play ice hockey and take care of rowdy fur-family members.
Client Success Engineer
Davis Rossey is a developer on the Client Success Team, and he’s been with Connect Healthcare since 2012. He prides himself on doing what he can to make sure the client is absolutely happy with our product, from routine maintenance to tracking down tricky bugs and fixing them. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of West Georgia. David also enjoys baseball (rooting for the Atlanta Braves, of course), playing video games, and hiking with his girlfriend and his pitbull/husky mix.
As a member of the Client Success team, Glen is our resident analytics and certified search engine optimization (SEO) specialist. He uses behind-the-scenes information on websites to let clients know where they’re succeeding and where they need help–and where there’s opportunity to bring more value. When’s he not at work being a data guru, you can find him gaming, from video and board games to LARPing.
Technical & Marketing Writer
Equally at home writing creative marketing copy as she is producing detailed technical documentation, Haley is the in-house writer for Connect Healthcare. As a former lawyer, she brings a strong analytical eye to her work, and she specializes in communicating complex issues and ideas into easily understandable and engaging concepts. Haley has degrees in French and English literature from the University of Georgia, and honed her healthcare marketing skills working for a large non-profit children’s hospital.When not at work, you can usually find her on the quest for the perfect taco, buying more books she doesn’t need, thinking about Star Wars, or volunteering with Girls Rock Camp ATL.
Jay has been with Connect Healthcare since 2007, and he attended the University of Tennessee. As a web developer, his favorite part of the job is working together with coworkers to brainstorm solutions to difficult problems. Outside of work, he likes video games and LARPing with friends, and enjoys going on cruises to interesting places.
Jenn has been with Connect Healthcare for five years, and she is a dedicated member of the Client Success team. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in fiber textile engineering, though it’s her extensive computer skills she uses most frequently at her job. She enjoys helping clients solve problems. You can find her at the stable on the weekends, where she rides and cares for her horse. And, because it’s usually cold in our office, she makes sure there’s a hooded sweatshirt in practically every room.

John has worked for Connect Healthcare for 11 years, and has a background in Computer Science. As a member of the Client Success team, he provides support to clients, helping them understand their data and helping them to figure out their needs. When he’s not at work, he enjoys playing music and watching movies, and spending time with family at the lake.
Client Success Representative
For the past 11 years at Connect Healthcare, Kia has specialized in developing and knowing our products inside and out. With this knowledge, she knows what our clients want and what usually works best for them. When it comes to coding, she knows that functionality is foremost—it’s got to work well, and it’s got to be fast. Kia is also into gaming of all sorts, from video games to board games, as well as spending time with her daughter.
Client Success Engineer
Ranji is a member of the Client Success team, and has been with Connect Healthcare for six years. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University. Ranji excels at asking the right questions with clients to get to the heart of the issue, making sure it gets resolved. Outside of work, she loves dancing and spending time with her two kids.
Rex has been a part of the Connect Healthcare development team for five years. Though he is adept at coding, he has an artistic background, with a BFA in 3-D Animation from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and a Jazz major at Wayne State University. His favorite part of the job is creative problem solving, and that every day brings a new and different challenge to tackle. For fun, he flies and builds RC helicopters when he has the time, but mostly it’s running around in circles playing with his daughter.
Shari has been with Connect Healthcare for more than 20 years, and is currently the Lead Software Engineer for our Reputation Insight platform. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science with Minors in both Music and Mathematics. Her favorite part of the job is getting to creatively and thoroughly solve complicated problems for users that really need solutions. She is also an avid Netflix binge-watcher, and her favorite vacation is hiking castles in Scotland in the cold and rain while getting incredibly lost.
Susie is responsible for all accounting functions for the company. She is a CPA and has a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia. She has been with the company for 12 years. Outside work Susie loves spending time with her young adult children, Mike and Kaylee, and all of her family and friends. “Live each day like it is your last . . . because one day you’ll be right!” is her life’s motto! Music and wine lover!
Veaya Stembridge, who has been with Connect Healthcare since 1999, has grown and evolved right along with the company. She left a career as a Journeyman electrician to take over the summer “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” print directory. At the conclusion of that first summer, she accepted a position as a Project Manager, working with print directories that were the cornerstone of the company at that time. As the company grew and branched into website solutions, Veaya took on more responsibilities.
She transitioned into production management then to the Print Technical Lead as well as the Human Resources Representative. With people skills required in HR, Veaya expertly balances the detailed work required by print directories. She has recently transitioned to the Creative Team thanks to her insights on the development of PDF generators. With every new step Connect has taken, she has enjoyed learning new skills and finding new ways to grow alongside the company. Away from the office, Veaya enjoys such hobbies as bicycling, camping, fishing, playing video games, and doing yoga. But most of all, she enjoys sharing these activities with her husband, Jay.
Client Success Corgi
Winston is the newest member of the Client Success Team, and he excels at exuding a calm demeanor when clients are having a ruff day with their software. When not busy chasing down bugs in code, you can find him chasing down tennis balls through the Connect hallways, taking hourly naps, and splooting.
